Residential Rebate Funding
Thank you for helping us conserve water and for your interest
in residential rebates.
Residential water customers are those living in houses or
apartments, town homes, condominiums or mobile home complexes with four or less
dwellings that are not represented by a homeowners association or property
management company.
If you are unsure of the status of your current residential rebate
application, please visit socalwatersmart.com or
call 1-888-376-3314.
When calling, please be patient as you may experience long wait times due to high call volumes.
Important changes as of June 1, 2010:
- Rebates for synthetic turf and high-efficiency toilets have been discontinued.
- A minimum of 25 rotating nozzles must be purchased per application to be eligible for a rebate.
- Rotating nozzles are no longer required to be installed with matching pressure regulating devices.
- Some rebate amounts have changed.
- Rebates will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis until funding is
exhausted.
