Welcome to the Camrosa Water District
Customer Service area. Here you'll find answers to many of the most commonly asked
questions about your water bill and your water service.
Online Credit Card Payments - Now Available!
Through the Internet you
can pay your bill using a your Visa or Mastercard. A $3.35 convenience fee will
be added by the credit card processor for using this payment option. Credit card
payments cannot be accepted by our office personnel. Click
here to pay by credit/debit card.
Camrosa reads meters and submits bills for payment on a monthly basis. All
bills are due and payable upon presentation for payment.
Checks or money orders should be made
payable to Camrosa Water District. Please remit the top portion of your
bill with your payment to ensure proper posting to your account.
Delinquent Bills:A bill
is overdue on the delinquent date specified on the bill (generally about the 15th
of the month). All bills that are delinquent for more than 55 days are subject to
termination of service. Fees are assessed for delinquent payments and for
termination and reconnection of service.
