Establishing Service
To establish service, simply
call 388-0226 to speak to a Customer Service Representative. You will need
the following information available:
- Service Address
- Date Service is to begin
- Name the account will be under
- Mailing Address
- If you are a tenant, name & phone number of landlord
There is a one-time account
set-up fee of $10.00 for each new account.
Terminating Service
To terminate service, you
will need the following information available:
- Service Address
- Date Service is to terminate
- Name the account is under, or
- Account number from your latest bill
- Address for the final billing
- Forwarding address for future correspondence
- Your new telephone number if available.
There is no fee for
termination of service.
