| This document represents the final budget for Fiscal Year
2010-11 which was adopted on June 9, 2010. The District's focus for
Fiscal Year 2010-11 is the adoption of the Integrated Facilities Master Plan,
financing of capital projects and implementation of projects in the development
of local water resources to build water self-reliance.
