ONLINE CUSTOMER PORTAL

Our new customer portal is now available!! If you were already registered in our previous payment portal, there’s no need to create a new account. Your information was automatically transferred to the new system including your existing payment methods and paperless billing preferences, HOWEVER, you will have to create a password. To do this, please click MyMeter, enter your email , click “Forgot Your Password?” and complete the password reset process.  For all other customers who want to create a new account, select “Create and Account” to complete your registration. Please note that your account number format has changed from “Account#-Customer# to “Customer#-Account#”. This new format will appear on your March 10, 2026 bill. We hope you enjoy the new features and find them helpful in managing your account, conserving water, and monitoring your usage more effectively.
