FINANCE MANAGER

Camrosa Water District seeks a Finance Manager to lead its financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, rate studies, investments, payroll, and bond financing. Reporting to the General Manager, this position oversees two finance staff and plays a key role in funding and prioritizing major water infrastructure projects that enhance local supply reliability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in finance, accounting, business/public administration, or related field (MBA desirable)
  • 7 years of progressive finance/accounting experience, including 3 in supervision
  • Public utility experience and strong record of financial management preferred

 

SYSTEM FIELD SUPERVISOR – DISTRIBUTION

This position requires a dynamic individual with a strong technical background, attention to detail, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing complex water distribution systems. System Field Supervisors oversee a wide variety of projects across all aspects of the District’s physical infrastructure, including potable, non-potable, wastewater, and recycled water.

 

SYSTEM OPERATOR – WASTEWATER

This position operates and maintains Camrosa’s sanitary collection system, sewer lift stations, the industrial waste program, the fats, oils and grease (FOG) program, and Camrosa Water Reclamation Facility (CWRF). System Operators have areas of expertise and focus but work on a wide variety of projects across all aspects of the District’s physical infrastructure, including potable, non-potable, wastewater, and recycled water.

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE I/II

Customer Service Representative I: Is the entry-level classification in the series. Incumbents perform a variety of routine clerical and customer service tasks under close supervision while learning District procedures and systems.

Customer Service Representative II: Is the journey-level classification. Incumbents perform the full range of customer service and billing duties independently, exercising sound judgment and initiative. Positions at this level receive only occasional instruction or assistance for new or unusual situations and are fully knowledgeable of District procedures, systems, and policies.
