For emergencies, we are available 24/7, 365 days/year by dialing (805) 388-0226. Our secure billing dropbox, located in the parking lot, is also available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for payments.
For billing questions, starting/stopping service, and other customer service concerns, our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 A.M. – 4:00 P.M. Stop by or call (805) 388-0226 during these times.
**NOTE**: The office will be closed on the third Tuesday of each month from 12 noon – 1:30 pm for in-house training.
Camrosa will be CLOSED on the following holidays:
